Refund Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
We would rather refund you than keep money you are not happy about. This page explains exactly how cancellations and refunds work for ClearMindRestart digital subscriptions.
Short version
- Cancel during the free trial and you are never charged.
- After your first subscription charge you have 14 days to ask for a full refund, for any reason.
- Cancel at any later time and billing stops from the next cycle; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- One email to hello@clearmindrestart.com is enough. No phone call, no retention script.
1. Free trial
Programs are offered as $0 today, then $89/month after your 7-day trial, unless a different price is shown on the checkout screen. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made. The exact renewal date is in your confirmation email.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are charged and then decide the program is not for you, email us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request or complete any task inside the program first.
3. Later cancellations and renewals
Cancelling stops future renewals. Charges older than 14 days are not automatically refunded, but if a renewal caught you by surprise — you had not opened the program that month, or you thought you had already cancelled — write to us and we will refund the latest renewal as a goodwill exception.
4. How to cancel
- Email hello@clearmindrestart.com from the address on your subscription with the word "cancel", or
- use the cancellation link at the bottom of any billing email.
We confirm cancellations by email, usually within one business day and always within three. Keep that confirmation. If you do not receive one, assume the request did not reach us and write again.
5. Processing times
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Our side is done within 3 business days; your bank or card issuer usually shows the money within 5–10 business days. We do not offer cash, cheque, or store-credit alternatives.
6. What is not refundable
- Charges older than 14 days where no goodwill exception applies (see section 3).
- Accounts terminated for sharing credentials, redistributing program material, or chargeback abuse.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback freezes the account while the bank investigates, which takes far longer than simply emailing us. We have no interest in fighting a dispute we would have refunded anyway.
8. Statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law and does not limit them. EU and UK customers keep their statutory withdrawal rights for digital content where those apply.
